The Honda BF2 is lightweight, powerful and easily transportable. It is ideal for small boats, dinghies and inflatables. With a dry weight of just 12.2 kg (short shaft), it's as light, compact and practical as you would expect a tender engine to be. However with one big difference its a four-stroke.
The BF2 is also the world's first engine to come standard with a throttle grip on the tiller handle, allowing forward movement and neutral selection at the flick of a wrist. The BF2 runs on standard unleaded fuel supplied from a 1 litre integral fuel tank.
